TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT:

The copyright to the above ‘work’ is hereby transferred to Bahria University effective as of the date of this agreement, on the understanding that the work has been accepted for publication by BUJICT. The copyright transfer covers the sole right to print, publish, distribute, translate and sell throughout the world they said ‘work’ in whole or in parts thereof, including in any and all forms of media, now or hereafter known.

However, each of the Author(s) retains the following rights:

1. All other proprietary right to the work such as patent.

2. The right to reuse any portion of the work, without fee, in future works of the Author’s own including books, lectures and presentations in all media, provided that the BUJICT citation and notice of copyright are included.

3. The right to revise the work.

4. The right to post author-prepared versions of the work covered by BUJICT copyright in a personal collection on their own web page. Such posting is limited to non-commercial access and personal use by others, and must include this notice both embedded within full text file and in the accompanying citation display as well, i.e.

DELIVERY OF THE WORK

The Author agrees to deliver to the responsible Editor (s) on the date to be agreed upon the manuscript created according to the guidelines for Authors (if needed).

AGREEMENT

The Entire Agreement shall be deemed to be made and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1962 (XXXIV of 1962).
