2017 School Fees and Charges
Dear Parents,
Below is a breakdown of the costs for school at Harcourt Valley PS in 2017. School Council approved these charges at the November 2016 meeting.
Essential Student Learning Items / School Feesto cover items such as stationery, diaries, cooking ingredients, art supplies, first aid supplies / $150 per child

On a per child basis and depending on the grade level, below is the cost for the year.

Above includes the excursion/incursion levies.
The above amounts will reduce by $20 per child if you pay before 28th February 2017.
There may be other opportunities for excursions or special events which present themselves. We will endeavour to keep the cost of these as low as possible and give families plenty of time to pay for them.
Apart from camps, we would prefer the rest to be paid by the end of Term 1 at the latest. Payment plans can be set up by making this arrangement at the school office. Alternatively you can set up your own plan to pay the school a set amount each week/ fortnight which will pay this off over a given period of time, preferably the first half of the year. If you do this, please put the family name in the reference line.

A statement of costs will be issued to every family in the new school year. If you are in credit from the previous year, this is carried over. If you owe us money from the previous year, this also gets carried over.
