Hodges Family Reunion 2015
Hello Hodges Family:
The time has arrived for another Family Reunion! Hopefully, you are making plans to attend this year. The banquet will be held at the Embassy Suites (200 Stoneridge Dr. Columbia, SC 29210) on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at 5pm. The family picnic will take place at Saluda Shoals Park (5605 Bush River Rd. Columbia, SC 29212) on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 2pm.
The cost of the banquet and picnic combined is $85.00 per adult (family members ages 80 and older are free) and $50.00 per child (ages 4-12). If you choose to attend only one event the price is the same for adults and children: $55.00 for the banquet and $30.00 for the picnic. T-shirts (navy blue with white lettering) are $10.00 for adults and children. The colors that the family has decided to wear at the banquet this year are navy blue and white. This is optional, however, we would love to have everyone participate.
The family website is still available to make payments online and will soon be updated with the information for this year’s reunion.
If you would like to go to the zoo Saturday before the banquet the cost is $10.50 per person for adults and children. You can send your money with your reunion fees or pay once you get to the hotel. Please let me know if you plan to go so that I can make sure there are enough tickets for everyone. If you would like to submit information for the family newsletter or would like to participate in the talent show please submit that information with your fees by Saturday, August 1, 2015 to:

Hotel Registration Information
Credit card number is required to reserve hotel rooms. Rooms must be reserved no later than Friday, August 14, 2015. Please provide the name of the group (Hodges Family Reunion) to assure receipt of the discounted group rates listed below. The hotel will honor group rates one day prior and one day after our events per request.
