Your honor, These following questions are for establishing the authority and jurisdiction of the PLAINTIFF and its agents.
1. Are you a United States citizen?
2. Did you know that a United States citizen is defined as a vessel? USC TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 1 > §9?
Vessel of the United States defined The term “vessel of the United States”, as used in this title, means a vessel belonging in whole or in part to the United States, or any citizen thereof, or any corporation created by or under the laws of the United States, or of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof.
3. Are you aware that I am a sovereign natural born state Citizen and that I am not a United States citizen or a 14th amendment citizen?
4. Are you aware that Sovereign State citizens are only subject to the common law?
5. Did you know that an employee in their official capacity for the city, county, state and Federal corporations only have jurisdiction within the exterior borders of the state, according to the Buck act 1940?

(d) The term “State” includes any Territory or possession of the United States.
(e) The term “Federal area” means any lands or premises held or acquired by or for the use of the United States or any department, establishment, or agency, of the United States; and any Federal area, or any part thereof, which is located within the exterior boundaries of any State, shall be deemed to be a Federal area located within such State.

8. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to override the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976? USC TITLE 28 > PART IV > CHAPTER 97> §1604, “Immunity of a foreign state from jurisdiction Subject to existing international agreements to which the United States is a party at the time of enactment of this Act a foreign state shall be immune from the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and of the States except as provided in sections 1605 to 1607 of this chapter.”

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;…
10. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to conspire against rights? USC TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > §241 Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured— They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
11. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to discloses, use, or compel the disclosure of a social security number?
USC TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 7 > SUBCHAPTER II > §408. Penalties
A- (8) discloses, uses, or compels the disclosure of the social security number of any person in violation of the laws of the United States;
shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.
12. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to engage in piracy on dry land. USC TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 81 > §1661 Robbery ashore “…imprisoned for life.”
13. On what authority do you have the right in your official capacity to use anything other than gold or silver coin as tender in payment of debts. Article one, Section 10 of the Constitution for the United States, 1789 No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.
14. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to issue and or file documents containing fraud and false statements?
FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 47 > §1001. Statements or entries generally
… (3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 5 years or, if the offense involves international or domestic terrorism (as defined in section 2331), imprisoned not more than 8 years, or both. If the matter relates to an offense under chapter 109A, 109B, 110, or 117, or section 1591, then the term of imprisonment imposed under this section shall be not more than 8 years.

§1621. Perjury generally
Whoever—
(1) having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true; or
(2) in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true;
is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. This section is applicable whether the statement or subscription is made within or without the United States.
16. On what authority do you have the right in your personal or official capacity to enforce nonexistent contracts and commercial law against a private person?

Commercial crimes. Any of the following types of crimes (Federal or State): Offenses against the revenue laws; burglary; counterfeiting; forgery; kidnapping; larceny; robbery; illegal sale or possession of deadly weapons; prostitution (including soliciting, procuring, pandering, white slaving, keeping house of ill fame, and like offenses); extortion; swindling and confidence games; and attempting to commit, conspiring to commit, or compounding any of the foregoing crimes. Addiction to narcotic drugs and use of marihuana will be treated as if such were commercial crime.

23. Do you have any proof that the labor of a human being is a commodity or article of commerce?
USC TITLE 15 > CHAPTER 1 > §17 “The labor of a human being is not a commodity or article of commerce.”
The defense moves the court to dismiss all charges and actions for a lack of jurisdiction.
