BACKGROUND INFORMATION

For the nominee to be considered thecompleted nomination application must be received no later than 5:00pm, EST, Friday, September 28, 2018andaccompanied by:

1.Two (2) references from the Law Enforcement or Special Olympics community – one must come from the LETR State Director or Torch Run Liaison.

2.One (1) letter of endorsement.

Failure to include the above required information at the time of application will be considered an incomplete application and could result in no consideration of the nominee in the election or appointment process.

Optional: At-Large and Regional Coordinator candidates are encouraged to submit a one page campaign statement and photo at the time of application. These support materials will be posted on the LETR webpage for Torch Run Programs to refer to prior to the elections.
