Ergonomical inside tub body with design control desk
Care tub and operation desk, height adjustable from 680-1.080 mm by electromechanical drive, self-supporting, accessible from 3 sides, without wall- resp. floor fixation. Free suspended tub body to be underrun by 3 sides. Ergonomical tub body. Compatible with all established lifting systems.
Design operation desk/lifting mechanism:
Frame with self-supporting, hot-dip galvanzized steel construction with large special polyamide castors, height adjustable with electromechanical actuators (24 Volt). Lifting power 8000 N. Operation desk made out of of glass-fibre reinforced polyester with circular panelling in metal design, with closed front paneling and removeable revision opening.
Complete pipework made out of brass and red brass. Flexible pipes out of stainless steel coated high-pressure hoses, two DVGW (German technical and scientific association for gas and water)-audited pipe interruptor A 2, against backdraw of tap water. Non-return valve for tub supply and shower. Operation by design keypad for continous height adjustment and special functions.
Thermostatic mixer (build-in type)
Build-in branded thermaostatic mixer type RADA No. 215 DK with highest temperature protection (DVGW – German technical and scientific association for gas and water – listed) and 2 protective filter, for manual adjustment of tub filling and hand shower. Filling volume 48 l/min (3 bar), separate shut-off valve for tub filling and shower, with extra long shower hose 2.300 mm, hand shower with self-cleaning shower head and fixture, pipe interruptor A2, feed pipe made out of stainless steel coated high-pressure connecting hose ½“.
Stand support:
Standing pillars with shock-resistant coating and design middle foot in V-shape, with evening-up function for floor unevenness.

Cold water and warm water ¾“ with flexible, stainless steel coated high-pressure hoses. Additional outside placed dirt filter with back-flushing option for cleaning.
Power supply:
Power supply and earth connection are prearranged for the power supply provided by the customer according to the rules and regulations.
Tub body:
Ergonomical inside tub body with lowered leg area for optimal comfort when using bathing lifts. Buttom area with integrated care opeing and shaped seating position.
Tub body made out of fibre-glass reinforced acid-, base- and cooking water resistant polyester. Laminated heat insulation for constant water temperature. Laminated all around outside panelling. Ergonomical shaped interior space without rough edges and 2 integrated chromed brass safety handles. The tub body is reduced at the leg area (less water consumption) and offers for the upper body more space for optimum care. Chrom-plated branded pop-up fitting. Triple insertion for foot rest.
Water inlet by fittings brand VIEGA, Multiplex Trio MT 3, approved by DIN 1988/ EN 1717. Water inlet and over flow, according DIN 1988/ EN 1717 secured.

Double scalding protetion for water inlet and sparate hand shower by temperature sensor for tub filling and hand shower at the operation desk.
Manual adjustable branded thermostatic mixer with integrated scalding protection for tub inlet and hand shower.
Optional for disinfection: Build-in sensor prevents using the disinfection as long as still water is in the tub.
Digital display of the tub inlet temperature, shower temperature and permanent display of the bathing water temperature.

Operation by keypad with capacitive water level sensor for automatic filling of the tub up to a preset filling height. As standard 2 different filling heights are adjustable and selectable by the keypad. A re-filling of the tub is always possible.
Disinfektion – Order No.: 910131200
Build-in disinfection system with disinfection shower build-in behind the desk, secured againt unintentional usage. Adjustment of the concentration by flowmeter. Suitable for all approved disinfection fluids. Blocking of the disinfection at filled tub. The disinfection can only be turned on, when the tub is empty. Adjustment of 2 disinfection duration times by choice resp. demand of the customer. Operation by keypad.
Music-sound system – Order No.: 910131400
In the upper body area of the tub body integrated swinging speakers for an optimal tangible sound experience which transforms the music notes into water vibrations, for a percieved music experience of the patient.
2 pieces special sound swinging speakers, incl. USB connection and separate design remote control for all functions of the music sound system. Suitable for all MP3 formats.
Light-therapy-unit – Order No.: 910131600
4 placed on the side of the tub integrated underwater LED’s for a anti-glare light therapy of the patient. Single constant color or automatic color changing can be choosen. Operation of all functions by keypad.
Air-jet whirl device – Order No.: 910131500
By 10 special air jets, builded into the tub base. Especially the jets placed in the bottom area allow a supporting cleaining of the intimate area. For each jet an integrated water non-return device with automatic funktion in case of failure or switching-off of the air compressor, warm air exit approx. 39°C, air inlet continously variable, microprocessor controlled operating elements time/air flow with keypad.

Aroma therapy for the application of various flavors. Build-in into the tub rim with an air-tight sealed filling chamber. The flovors are mixed with the water by the air-jet whirl device. Only available in combination with the air-jet whirl device.
