TRAINING PERIOD:
Went through a 6 months Industrial Exposure Training in the year 1997 in Hotel Ambassador Pallava – Chennai (was a member of SRS World Group of Hotels ) , and was trained in all the departments in the hotel. This was as a curriculum during my course.

Aug 2009 – Dec 2009 Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana – Makkah – Outlet Manager
- Responsible for the smooth and flawless operation of 250 Cover Restaurant.
- Successfully completed the ramadhan operation
- Making training schedules and following it with the departmental training coordinators.
- Had catered to guests of royal family and also to ministers of Algeria and Nigeria during ramadhan
Jul 2008 – Jul 2009 Le Royal Meridien – Chennai -Assistant Banquet Manager
- Headed the Biggest banquet hall in the city with a capacity of 1500 Pax.
- Had catered to Embassy and Consulates indoor and outdoor.
