Sacred Heart Chapel Festival Fundraiser
Festival 5K Run / 1-Mile Walk
A fun 5K run or one-mile walk on local roads and trails on the Lorain County Community College
Awards will be given to the Overall Male and Overall Female runners and the Top Three in each age group.
· Runners Pre-registration: $20.00 (entries must be postmarked/received by June 26th, 2017 or given to a committee member)
· Runners Day-of-race: $25.00 (registration starts at 7:00AM)
Children and adult age groups (male and female): 9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16–24, 25–29, 30–34,
35–39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over.

I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including, but not limited to: falls, contact with another runner, the effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road. All such risks being known and appreciated by me, and having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, waive, and release the organizers and sponsors of the Sacred Heart Chapel 5K, the city of Elyria, and their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
Race Location: Lorain County Community College
Race Times: 5K Runners 8:00AM and 1 Mile Walkers 8:15AM (Please arrive at least 15 minutes early)
· Registration and Bib numbers will be available in the PE Building
· Registration forms can be given to any committee member or can be dropped off or mailed to Sacred Heart Chapel: 4301 Pearl Ave. Lorain, OH 44055
