Responsible for / The Set Up Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision and management of the NMD retail set up team and ensuring that retail set up is completed in a timely and productive manner.

Key Responsibilities /
- Supervision and management of the Hospitality Cellar set up team during a Non Match Day
- Ensuring the Hospitality Cellar set up is completed in a timely manner
- Promoting and co-operative working environment, maximising productivity and morale
- Communicating key messages to their team daily
- Ensuring any accidents are reported in a timely manner
- Following all Health and Safety Guidelines
- Promoting the company values while living them
- Ensuring the standards are set and retail set up is to the highest standard
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are completed and followed by all staff
- Adhere to all inventory control procedures including wastage and spoilage
- Ensuring all areas are fully stocked and ready for operation before an event
- Managing the tasks of the Hospitality Cellar set up team and delegating as appropriate
- Undertaking any other duty deemed reasonable by PSE management in order to meet the needs of the business
- Liaise with the Distribution Supervisor and Retail Set Up Supervisor to ensure the overall set up of the retail operation will be completed in a timely manner and assisting where needed
- Responsible for ensuring all members of the Hospitality Cellar team have the relevant training and risk assessments completed
- Ensure all company processes are adhered to, including profit protection, temperature records, labelling of food and rotation of stock
Person Specification
Experience /
- Previous Catering or Hospitality experience would be a benefit
- Previous experience in a Management capacity would be a benefit
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
- Ability to see the bigger picture
Skills and Qualifications /
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate self and team
- Should be an excellent team player who can work individually
- Able to work off their own initiative for the benefit of the business
- Good customer service skills
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to delegate
Other /
- Able to understand the importance of delivering the Principality Experience values, while adhering to the processes and procedures of Levy Restaurants and Compass
- An understanding of individual responsibility in complying with Health and Safety policies and arrangements
- Clear understanding of equal opportunities in the workplace
- Clear understanding of the ‘WOCAAT’ Levy Restaurants policy
- Should have knowledge of the ‘IPOE’ Levy Restaurants audit and how they contribute to it
