* Note: Hosting organizations bidding on all 2010-2011 State Cups will be given higher consideration in the bidding process.
Duties expected of Host Club:
1. Provide single point Host Club Tournament contact.
2. Host club will invoice South Carolina Soccer Association within 60 days of completion of the tournament
field cost reimbursement.
3. Provide golf carts at each complex ( 1 medical, 1 Tournament Official (number of carts depends on
complex and number of fields)).
4. Put up nets and corner flags and mark the fields before each day's games.
5. Provide at each field benches for both teams. (Publix Tent at each field if possible)
6. Provide field marshal coordinator and sufficient volunteers to act as field marshals (minimum 1 field
marshal per two fields) and assist in team check-in (minimum 2 helpers).
7. Provide Radio communications for field marshals.
8. Provide labor for concessions and Host Club to receive all benefits of concession sales.
9. Provide labor for trash remover (minimum daily) and restroom cleaning (minimum daily)
10. Provide labor to control parking.
11. Provide complimentary drinks for Tournament Referees and distribute lunch to referees.
12. Games can only be canceled or postponed by South Carolina Youth Soccer Cups and Games Director
(club officials will be used only for consultation).
13. Provide tents for referees and medical at each complex.
14. Provide Tournament Headquarters tent or building at each complex.
15. Provide area and Publix tent for Awards Presentation and pictures.
16. Any reimbursement fees need prior approval by South Carolina Youth Soccer Cups and Games Director.

2011 - 2012 STATE CUP TOURNAMENTS
Duties expected of South Carolina Youth Soccer:
1. Will pay a $30 per game per field used
2. Schedule tournament games
3. Provide radio communications for South Carolina Youth Soccer tournament officials and medical team.
4. Provide medical staffing for each complex.
5. Provide Referees.
6. Provide lunch for referees.
7. Select and/or approve vendors as logos for T-shirts, novelties and other tournament sales (other than
concessions).
8. Perform team check in and have sole authority for the management of the tournament.
