For your abstract presentation, use this Microsoft Word document as an edition template and maintain its settings*, so that all abstracts published in the Book of Papers have an uniform appearance.

The abstract must be an accurate summary of your proposed lecture (200 to 300 words long, in English, maximum 2 pages), containing a concise information on the contents, goals, procedures and conclusions of the final paper.

It may include figures (3, at most, which must be uploaded together with your Word file).

Portuguese or Spanish translation of the Abstract.

- this document, if you intend to present it in English;

- or this document, if you intend to present it in Portuguese or Spanish.

If xxxxx is the tile of your paper, the two Word documents to be uploaded should be named accordingly to: Abstract xxxxx and Paper xxxxx.

Submit your abstract and full paper at the same time, via until the 24th April, 2015.

* The style to be used in the document must attend to the following settings:

-  Page margins - overhead/underneath: 2cm - left/right: 2cm

Font - Arial, size - 12pt, letter spacing - 1,5pt

-  Title - uppercase and underlined

-  Author name(s) - lowercase: given name, middle initial, family name (with family name in capital letters). Co-author names are separated by commas and the preposition “and”.

-  Affiliations - If there is only one author and/or affiliation, omit footnote marks in the title.

If authors have different affiliations, follow names with superscript numbering reference.

After institution name, indicate country.
