Executive at Atlantic Realty Companies Promoted:

Chris Coffman appointed as Vice President of Property Management

Baltimore, MD – Atlantic Realty Companies is pleased to announce that Chris Coffman has been promoted to Vice President of Property Management.

Mr. Coffman joined the firm in 2007 as a Senior Property Manager to oversee Atlantic Realty’s Baltimore operation consisting of retail, flex, and office properties. He provides property and construction management services to third-party owners, as well as Atlantic Realty projects such as the redevelopment currently underway at Newark Shopping Center in Newark, Delaware.

Mr. Coffman is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM.org) and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary.
