APPROVAL OF MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF FEBRUARY 9, 2016

1. BRIAN F. SEELINGER AND PAMELA SEELINGER FOR 8012 EDGEWOOD ROAD, PP16-C-077-A-00-039-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1157.09 Side Yard Setbacks of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow an 8’x10’ house addition to be constructed at an 8.5-foot (east) side setback while the existing house is 5.5-feet from the west property line for a sum total of 14-feet on a 74.76-foot wide lot in lieu of the side yard setbacks for lots less than 80-feet in width which exist at the time of the adoption of this Zoning Code shall be a minimum of 5-feet provided that the sum of both side setbacks shall be a minimum of 15-feet in the R-2 Single Family Residential District. Approved
2. KURT A. KACHLER FOR 4460 BRIGHTON ROAD, PP16-D-119-B-00-013-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1139.05 REAR SETBACKS of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 19’x13’ house addition at a 11’-11” rear setback in lieu of on non-conforming lots which have less area than required and where the lot is less than 200-feet in depth, the rear setback may be reduced in proportion to the ratio of the depth of the lot to 200-feet (or minimum of 27.13-feet for the 108.51-foot deep lot, in this case) provided, however, that in no instance shall the rear setback be less than 20-feet in the R-2 Single Family Residential District. Approved
