Induction of workers to the site will vary according to the nature of the work to be performed and the areas in which they will be working. The Site Supervisor or his delegated representative when inducting contractors may vary the areas to be covered; however these changes must be noted on this induction checklist accordingly. Sections not relevant may be marked with ‘N/A’.

I have received training in the use of (PPE) provided by my employer for my use and have been trained in the requirements of our MSDS. I have received a copy of Aquawest Site Safety Rules
