General Health Guarantee

To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of delivery. To honor this guarantee your puppy must be examined by a licensed Veterinarian no later than three business days from date of delivery of puppy. Failing to do so, will void your health guarantee. Puppy is given a 3-day health warranty and a 1-year genetic health guarantee. Seller is under no obligation to honor warranty/guarantee if this puppy has not been seen by a licensed veterinarian within said time of three business days of purchased/delivery date. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within the three-day period for a refund of the Purchase price or replaced with a puppy of equal or greater value at the breeder's discretion. This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound.

a. Absolutely no refunds after the three day warranty period. (initials______)

b. This health guarantee is nontransferable. (initials______)

c. Seller/Breeder assumes no liability for any expense incurred by purchaser whether vet charges or any other expenses. (initials______)

This guarantee is null and void if the buyer fails to complete vaccinations, worming and puppy checks with a qualified veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidia or giardia. These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your soil or boarding facility. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from three weeks of age until your possession. Sick puppies/dogs may not be returned to the seller’s home! It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the seller to arrange another place to meet. (This is to prevent healthy puppies/dogs from becoming ill.) The seller would never knowingly sell a sick puppy/dog and the purchaser agrees that the seller could not have been aware of any illness or defect unable to detect by a licensed veterinarian. If a puppy/dog is found to have a health problem at its initial veterinarian visit and the purchaser opts to treat this puppy/dog instead of exchanging it for another puppy/dog, the seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred or for the death of the puppy/dog, and no replacements will be made.
