Frame Base –
· Steel support crossbeam provides superior support and added structure to the shelters. The beam runs under the bench near the front of the shelter, giving the shelter support an all four sides.
· Bench is supported by 2” x 2” Zeneel square tubes; Zeneel is a completely Rust Resistance alloy that is three times stronger than Aluminum.
Frame Upper –
· Fully enclosed frame, manufactured from extruded aluminum providing superior strength and structural integrity than flat tubular aluminum.
· Fully assembled, welded and electrostatic powder coating ensures rust prevention and longevity.
Tinted Glass –
· UCS Player Shelters now come with Tinted Lexan Panels to help reduce sun glare and heat. UV penetration is 0% while visible light is 90%.
· Curved overhang protects the athletes from rain, wind and sun.
Seating and Storage Shelf –
· UCS Player Shelters offer custom powder coated aluminum bench, which is fully integrated to the frame by 2” x 2” Zeneel supports. UCS Shelters also come equipped with an aluminum storage shelf, running the entire length of each bench.
Wheels –
· 6” x 2” Wide Phenolic swiveling wheels unlock and lock for easy maneuverability and secure into place.
Assembly –
· No assembly required! UCS Player Shelters have a factory-welded steel frame for superior strength. Shelters arrive fully assembled and ready for use! Equipped with wheels for portability but can be ordered with sleeves for permanent installation at customer’s request.
Weather Proof –
· UCS Player Shelter frames are always powder coated on all metal support frames ensuring a “like new” finish for years to come. You always have your choice of color at no additional charge.
· CUSTOMIZATION – UCS offers Custom logos applications as permanent decals or removable vinyl with an integrated Velcro fastening system.
