Forecasted contracted revenue of operations, planned manpower, and correlated sales reporting to consultant operations. Managed the day to day operations of one of the world’s largest Defense Attaché Offices. Controlled and managed budgets of up to $2.5 million and over $3.5 million for international exercises. Represented USDAO on the Embassy's Emergency Action Committee (EAC) as well as the Counter-Terrorism/Counter-Intelligence Working Group. Directed all diplomatic, logistical, and security requirements for the high-level visits of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, U.S. Joint Chief of Staff, and other cabinet-level dignitaries with diplomatic entourages composed of up to 100 personnel. Secondary duties included Intelligence Collection Manager, Property Book Officer, Security Manager and ADP Security Officer, Classified Information Systems Officer, and Weapons Officer. Developed, coordinated, and participated in eight (8) United States Naval Special Operation Exercises with Indonesian Naval and Marine Corps Special Forces and coordinated the first deployment of Indonesian Naval Special Forces (KOPASKA) to the United States for training. Independently researched and originated over 500 Department of Defense Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) which were utilized at the highest levels of the U.S. Government. Substantially contributed to the U.S. National Intelligence Estimate for Indonesia and East Timor and coordinated the submission of the annual report. Verified, researched, analyzed, and edited over 2,000 Department of Defense and Department of State reports for assigned Attachés and Department of State officers (1995 - 2000). Established the first Defense Attaché Office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Managed all contracting and procurement of housing, residential furniture, office equipment, and vehicles. Represented the Department of Defense as Assistant Defense Attaché and senior military member in country during the 6-month absence of the assigned Defense Attaché. Coordinated, developed, and implemented the first United States-Lithuanian Bilateral Exercise involving United States Army Special Forces and Lithuanian Iron Wolf Brigade (Airborne). Independently researched and originated over 60 Department of Defense Intelligence Information Reports which were utilized at the highest levels of the U.S. Government, including the Offices of: Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff; Secretary of Defense; Secretary of State; the White House.
