ARTICLE 6 - COMPENSATION

6.1 The Owner shall compensate the Architect for services described in Section 1.1 as set forth below, or in the attached exhibit or scope document incorporated into this Agreement in Section 9.2.

6.2For Services of the Architect’s Consultants, such as structural, mechanical, electrical engineers, etc., compensation shall be computed as a multiple of the actual expenses incurred by the Consultant.

6.2.1If the services of the Architect are changed as described in Section .3.3, the Architect's compensation shall be adjusted. Such adjustment shall be direct actual costs of Personnel expenses as set forth in the fixed rates listed below:
