5  Fast foods usually include few vegetables and fruits, are high in fat, sugar, and calories and don’t include whole grains. Sweetened drinks are often part of a fast food meal, and portion sizes are often large.
5  One way to eat healthier foods fast is to reduce the amount we eat by choosing smaller sizes or by sharing an order.
