3. Information

3.1 Layout of Manuscript (14 pt, italic)

  • The manuscript has to be written in .docx format.
  • Use DIN A4 Format (297 x 210 mm).
  • All margins are set to 20 mm on the manuscript format A4.
  • Use the whole space of all pages. Don’t leave free space. The text must finish exactat the bottom of the last page.
  • Use Times New Roman fonts, line spacing single. The font formats are: Chaptertitles: 14 pt bold, left justified; Subtitles: 14 pt italic, numbered, left justified,upper and lower case; Text: 14 pt

3.2 Language, Style Spelling

  • The manuscript must be written in English.
  • Use common technical terms.
  • Do not use any special characters for writing your text.
  • Avoid abbreviations. Don't try to create new English words.
  • Spelling: Follow Merriam Webster´s Collegiate Dictionary, Longman or OxfordDictionaries.

4. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures have to be made in high quality, which is suitable for reproductionand print, taking into account necessary size reduction. Don't include photos or colourprints. Tables and figures should be embedded in the text. A short descriptive titleshould appear under each table / figure with a clear legend. (Table 1. Title, leftjustified, subsequent text indented / Fig. 1. Title, left justified, subsequent textindented). All units must be included. Figures should be made from clean originals indigital files. Digital files are recommended for highest quality reproduction andshould follow these guidelines: 300 dpi or higher; sized to fit on page.

If giving a list of reference, separate them using semicolons.
