1400Onwards. Arrival at Phillip Island Caravan Park (PICP) for welcome, registration and a drink or two/ own cost: (fridge on-site).
1800 Onwards: Evening BBQ at the Mess Tent - PICP: BYO drinks (note however beer and wine for sale at the Caravan Park – good prices)

1030HQ1ATF Association Members meeting (brief) at Mess Tent - PICP.
1300Coach tour touring the island and also visiting the National Vietnam Veterans Museum (Admission included). At the Museum start with the Holographic Light & Sound Show. See and explore a huge collection of images, artefacts, memorabilia, aircraft, helicopters and vehicles.
1800Coach transfer to the Phillip Island RSL Club for dinner. Note, drinks at own expense (SORRY - NO BYO).

Breakfastown arrangements
Dayown arrangements: at leisure to further explore Phillip Island, a few drinks and lunch with mates. Your Goodies Bag will include maps and brochures. We are looking at an afternoon visit to the Phillip Island Motor Museum and the Grand Prix Circuit – an optional Go-Cart race between members perhaps: details to follow.
1700Meet up in the Mess Tent for a drink or two. Dinner own arrangements however we may organise something closer to the date: suggest BBQ at PICP (beer and wine for sale at the Caravan Park). We will also have a bus available for an optional tour to the Phillip Island Penguin Colony (allow departure about 1830 and return about 2130). Details to follow and bookings can be made at registration.

1700Coaches will take us to the nearby National Vietnam Veterans Museum.
1730A short March followed by a commemorative service at the Museum’s Garden of Reflection.
1830Remembrance Dinner of HQ1ATFand DE Platoon will be held inside the National Vietnam Veterans Museum. It is inclusive of beer/wine. (Medals and neat attire please)
From 2030Coach transfers to PICP.

From 0800Farewell “self serve” BBQ breakfast at Mess Tent PICP
The participant cost will include all meals as indicated above, wine and beer on the final night, touring and transport as indicated, and some HQ1ATF merchandise for all attendees, (RAT PACK). The participant cost is $180 for members and $180 for partners, plus an additional $40 for members “membership fee” for the period, October 2018 to September 2020. For other family members and friends, the cost is $250 per person. Children’s prices on request.
