Facilities: 8 lane all-weather surface with a Field-Turf infield. We take great pride in our facility and ask that you and your teams do the same. High jump and long jump runways are all-weather. Shot put and discus rings are concrete and located south of the stadium. PLEASE no tape on the track or long jump surface.

Awards: Individual & relay events will be awarded medals 1-4 places. Trophy for team champion both classes

3000 Meter Run: Waterfall start at the white line NE turn of the track. Cut when clear.

4x800 Meter Relay: One turn stagger. Start on white line. Cut at break line SE turn of the track. Exchange green to green. Depending on # of entrants, we may have a waterfall start with the #1 runner cutting when clear.

Shuttle Hurdle Relay: Start on white line at south end. Hurdles on red hashes. Break lines are red dashed(N end) and white dashed(S end)

100 M Dash: Start on white line at north end of the track. Lanes all the way.

1600 M Medley Relay: Three turn stagger. Start on narrow blue line. First two runners in lanes all the way. First exchange blue to blue on NE turn. Second exchange blue to blue with third runner running the south turn in lanes and cutting at break line on SE turn. Third and fourth runners exchange is the green exchange zone.

400 M Dash: Two turn stagger. Start on narrow yellow. Lanes all the way.

4x200 M Relay: four turn stagger. Start on narrow red line. First exchange red to red on NE turn. Second exchange red to red on SW turn. Third exchange yellow to yellow on NE turn. Lanes all the way.

100 M Hurdles: Start on white line at north end. Hurdles on small yellow hashes.
