Grantor (TDHS) agrees to issue a single-use license for the specific images listed and described below for the sole purpose of being recreated/enlarged for signage display (or other explanation) (one instance each) to be used for ______(ex., at the Tahoe-Pyramid Bikeway route). On behalf of XXXX (organization’s name), xxx (name) and his/her designees and others associated with this (name of project) signage project affirm that these images will not be duplicated, disseminated, sold, or used in any context other than the aforementioned specific use without the express written consent of Grantor. It is agreed that alternate and/or additional images may be requested with the permission of Grantor, subject to additional expense incurred by Grantees. Images will be supplied electronically (on CD or via email on mutually agreeable terms) at a resolution no less than 300 dpi in a jpeg file format (or format as requested) (or in a resolution as requested by Grantee). Costs incurred by Grantees will be $10 (ten dollars) per each image. Image credit must be presented/exhibited with each photo (mural, display) at all times in the following format:

If a specific donation collection is known, it must be added at the end of the credit line. (For example, - Dick Joseph Collection). Format of credit is subject to Grantor’s approval.

·  NOTE: This agreement is for use for providing digital images to be used for the express purpose(s) outlined above. There is a separate procedure to follow for specific reprints of photos. Please see our website for images which are presently available. Reprints of other photos of interest can also be ordered, but separate arrangements must be made with TDHS.
