In the above mentioned tenders, following additional informations are proposed to be conveyed to the bidders:
CORREGENDUM
1. The bidder will have to take the Electric connections and Water connections (if required) from the concerned authorities. Any statutory expenditure on account of this will be initially borne by the bidder which will be subsequently reimbursed by the department.
2. The stack parking structure is to be covered on top and on three sides with GI sheet of suitable thickness as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of the same is included in item of providing Stack Parking. No separate payment shall be made on this account.
3. The parking is to be operated on 24X7 basis. Minimum 01 Operator and 01 Electrician is to be deployed all the time of operation of parking.
4. The bidder will make payment of the electric bills during the minimum mandatory period of O&M i.e. 12 months from the date of commencement of the parking.
5. The detailed design and drawings are to be prepared and submitted by the bidder. No payment whatsoever, on this account will be made.
6. The minimum clear dimensions for ground level parking slots shall be 5.00 m (L) X 2.00 m (B) X 2.10 m (H) and for upper floors parking slots shall be 5.00 m (L) X 2.00 m (B) X 1.80 m (H).
7. Provisions of Under Ground and Over Head water tanks shall be made separately.
8. Accordingly, the dates of NIT are amended as under:
