  1. Complete the admission jacket and the acknowledgment card and forward them along with the jacket to the Postgraduate School.
  1. Enclose 2 self-addressed 4x9 envelope(s) affixed with N50:00 stamps each, as well as five (5) Passport Photographs.
  1. Enclose photocopies of your certificates.
  1. Enclose a photocopy of your discharge or exemption certificate of National Youth Service (for Nigerians only). Those who are still serving the N. Y. S. C. can also apply but such candidates will be required to produce photocopies of their discharge certificates before they are formally offered admission.
  1. Request your former institutions to forward your Academic Transcript(s) directly to the Dean of Postgraduate School.
  1. The three Referees’ form should be completed and returned to the Dean, Postgraduate School.
  1. Candidate is expected to provide a page abstract of his/her topic on proposed area of specialization.
