Overall Project Status / / The project is in a status of “Good”. The schedule compression that was occurring is ended. Scope containment will be the focus in the coming weeks in order to protect the project goals and objectives.
Schedule / The schedule compression issues have been resolved and the timeline recovery is underway. A “Good” schedule status is expected within 2 or 3 weeks barring negative emergent issues arise.
Scope / The data warehouse expansion project/scope was presented to, and approved by Cabinet and the Board of Trusteesin Feb 2018.A better quantification of scope is a needed.
Budget / / The Board of Trustees approved the project funding in the amount of $838,388. Expenditures to date equal $11,705. The estimated run rate is $105,600 per month for the next 3 months.

Activity & Task Tracking:
With the on-boarding of three consultant developers, the focus will be on the development of files, dashboards and soon dimensions. Current estimates are 21 data files and 88 dashboards. These development activities are being actively managed to expedite and ensure a good schedule recovery and solid cost containment.

Infrastructure/Server configuration cannot be accomplished with skills available / Engage vendor (SAS) for assistance; / No Fee contract signed; Scheduling SAS resource for 3/16/18; Issue is resolved.
Compute and storage capacity limitations prohibit best practice development environments. / Identify, size and procure compute and storage hardware needed.
Faculty Data (TT/NTT, Degrees held, admin positions, rank, etc) is not in alignment with reporting requirements. / Document discrepancies, formulate options and escalate for decision.
