Instructions: Collect a sticker from different Exhibitors and fill in every open space on the card. There are 24 open spaces on the card and 50+ Exhibitors – thus a sticker is NOT required from every Exhibitor. Bring your completed card to the AT Closing Session on Tuesday at 3:30 and drop it in the designated box. The drawing will be held at 4:45p.m. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!!

Door Prize Drawings – Instructions for Participation
Back by popular demand …we will have three door prize drawings throughout the conference:
  1. Networking Reception Monday afternoon at 5:30pm
  2. Lunch on Tuesday
  3. AT Closing Session on Tuesday afternoon at 4:45pmin the Vaquero Ballroom
You have 2 ways to win door prizes and you can do both:
  1. Raffle Tickets – Prizes on Display
When you check in at the conference registration desk, you will receive four (4) raffle tickets. You decide which prize(s) you would like to get a chance to win by placing one (or more) of your raffle tickets in the bag designated for that item. The raffle ticket has two parts: a ticket and a coupon (each with the same number on it). Place the ticket part in the bag next to the desired item. Keep the coupon stub so that you know what your number is in order to claim the item if your ticket is chosen.
The items will be on display at the Door Prize Tables. Signs on the table will let you know when the drawings for these items will take place. You must be present to win!
2. Exhibit Hall Raffle Card – Top Prizes(Closing Session)
To be eligible for the grand prize drawing, you must complete the blue Raffle Card according to the instructions on the other side of this card. This final drawing will take place at the end of the Closing Session on Tuesday afternoon at 4:45pm in the Vaquero ballroom. You must be present to win!
