Disassembly for Cleaning

The hinged glass door is removable by lifting the door up and tilting the bottom of the door away from the unit. The shelves, element tray and humidity tray can be lifted out

Common misuse

Users must not blank off the wire shelves in anyway by placing trays on them or covering them with silver foil as this prevents the heat flow around the unit. It causes the heat to compartmentalise in one area at the bottom of the unit leaving the top shelf much cooler.

Users must understand that this unit is intended only for warming pies and not cooking them.

The unit must not be used without the element cover being in place and efforts should be made to minimise food spillage onto the element.

Users must seek guidance from the pie manufacturer as to the temperature and timings the pies need for warming to ensure the pies are served in the correct condition. This information can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer due to product type and size.
