Guidelines for the afterschool transportation program:

Fees must be paid on a weekly basis in the amount of $25.00. We only accept debit/creditcards andmoney orders for payments and fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments must be made by the close of the business, Thursday prior to the next bussing cycle, or your child (ren) will not permitted to ride the bus until payment is received.

The Club will not prorate fees due to members wanting to utilize the transportation service at their discretion.

If your child (ren) elects not to utilize the transportation service for any period of time (one week, two weeks, etc.), full payment must be received for that time period in order to hold your spot in the program. If payment is not received, a phone call will be made to find out your intentions.If the situation is not resolve the Club will remove your child from the program and place a child from the waiting list to fill the spot.

If you decide to resume participation in the program you may do so once payment is received and only if space is available.

All accounts must be kept current.
