In 2016, we have an outdoors venue available for vendors at the Sequim Civic Center Plaza, 152 W Cedar Streetnear the Museum & Arts Center for one day Saturday, October 1 from 9 AM to 3 PM. Fiber Arts Demonstrations will also happen at this venue as part of the Fiber Arts Extravaganza!To encourage traffic, there is no fee to festival attendees to visit the Fiber Arts Market. The Sequim Civic Centeris centrally located in Downtown Sequim. The North Olympic Fiber Arts Festival is advertised on the internet, in Olympic Peninsula Travel and Tourism publicity, at Washington and Oregon fiber festivals and venues, and in local papers.FiberArtsFestival.org

The Fiber Arts Market at the Sequim Civic Center at152 W. Cedar Street, Sequim, WA 98382.
10’ x 10’ spaces are available at $20.
The NOFAF Fiber Arts Market will be open for setup from 7:00 to 9:00 AM on Saturday.
It will be open for business 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
The breakdown is 3:01 to 5:00 PM.
You will have to provide your own canopy, 30 pound weights for each leg, tables, and chairs for outside. Required flame resistant canopies must be anchored adequately to withstand the elements and prevent collapsing.See city requirements form.
Each vendor is required to do their own cleanup. We need to leave our spaces as clean as we found them, “leave no trace”.
Smoking shall not be permitted inside of canopies and there will be no outdoor burning.
Any items purchased within the city limits of Sequim shall have their sales tax coded 0503 for the City of Sequim.
Proof of Insurance is required by the City of Sequim.
Vendor applications will be processed as received; due to limited space, preference is being given to most directly appropriate wares. Email Renne your application and you will be notified soon as possible.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
North Olympic Fiber Arts Festival Fiber Arts Market
October 1, 2016 Sequim, Washington
For and in consideration of North Olympic Fiber Arts Festival and sponsor City of Sequim(therein called NOFAF and COS) authorizing the undersigned to vend at the 2016 Festival, the undersigned participant does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOFAF and COS for any claim or bodily injury to any person whomsoever, occurring in or upon the space reserved for all activities of the 2016 Festival, including costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Participant agrees to assume all risks and release NOFAF and COS, its sponsors and volunteers from any and all liabilities from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss, including, but not limited to, loss or damage of vendors’ property in the care, custody, or control of the vendor.
In the event NOFAF and COS is named as defendant in any action covered by this indemnification and hold harmless agreement, then in such an event, the undersigned vendor does hereby agree to immediately accept the tender of said defense, defend said action, and hold NOFAF harmless of any liabilities thereon.
I understand that the vendor space must be open during Fiber Arts Market hours of 9 AM to 3 PM. I understand that products for sale in my vendor space is produced by myself or a creative collective I belong to. No imported products are accepted. Producer of products for sale will be present in the vendor space.
This form must be signed and returned to the vendor coordinator before entry to the Festival. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of space and fees.
This agreement is not valid until approved by a representative of the NOFAF 2016.

If you are not covered by a business insurance policy, it is strongly recommended that you purchase some sort of liability insurance to cover you, your wares, and your equipment. The City of Sequim requires proof of insurance and Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement.
