Scope
Any matters and functions relating to promote and selling all services of our principle.
Responsibilities
· Aggressively promote and selling all services of our principles.
· Updating rates, services and quotation.
· Request rates with Trade Dept and files rates once approved.
· Responding to inquiries and shipment details from new and existing customers.
· Coordinate with related departments to meet customer expectations.
· Keep abreast with competitor’s activities; expand existing and new networks for maximum coverage.
· Identifying and establishing contact and develop business opportunity with potential customers proactively.
· Follow up with payment.
· Able to conduct market research & collect market intelligence to formulate strategies for business growth.
· Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.
· Well-verse with USA trade is an advantage.
Qualifications
· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Logistics/Transportation, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferable Executive specializing in shipping industry.
· Full Time position(s) available.
