SOL Baths

A SOL Bath is an alchemical balance of minerals provided by salts, water, plants and crystals. With increasing energies coming into our planet a new spiritual human is awakening. The alchemy of the SOL Bath greatly increases the strength of your electromagnetic body and aura, and also your vibration. There has been a long healing tradition of taking mineral baths for health, ritual, and spiritual cleansing. The SOL Bath equals the similar qualities of healing waters found throughout the world; it is a spa in your own bathtub! Why Are SOL Baths so Important?

Releasing Toxins from Your Body

The SOL Bath releases accumulated toxins of the body: Silica in the water and the use of the crystals become scrubbers to draw out toxins held within the skin. A SOL Bath is equivalent to a three-day fast. While using the bath you will see debris in the water; a cloudiness. This is normal and desirable.

Elements of the SOL Bath

The Alchemy of the SOL Bath is precise, so select your ingredients carefully. Many of the ingredients are readily available; others can be found on ebay or other internet sites.

  • Amethyst and Citrine geodes pieces: Crystals magnify energy of other elements; both create negative ions in the water, energize the water; expand the ability of the sea salt to release minerals into the water. The amethyst has a positive polarity, which helps draw minerals into the body. The citrine has a negative polarity, which draws toxins out of the body.

For the bath, amethyst crystals should be about 2x3” in length and 1-1/2” in height. Brazilian amethyst with larger crystal formations and a grey-green crust are the most desirable. Citrine geodes should be 1x2” in length and 1” in height. A small crystal formation is fine; look for pieces with a deeper orange color.

  • 100-percent Pure Lavender oil: captures and holds the negative ion charges/energies of the crystals; long been used as a healing agent, for relaxation and the soothing of the mind; it is a natural anti-bacterial.

The NOW brand is readily available and high in vibration.

  • Dead Sea Salts: Water in the Dead Sea is known for its ability to rejuvenate the human body, which is done via absorption of nutrients through the skin. Because of the unique abilities of Dead Sea Salts and the fact that the salts are not mined from the earth, it is the request of Goddess Gaia, the keeper of the High-Vibrational Earth, that only Dead Sea salts be used for this bath.

Ebay is a good source. Choose medium-grain salts for the original SOL bath; finer grains are good for variations on the SOL bath (see below)

  • White washcloth: the guides and Ascended Masters prefer white, which will also ensure the pureness of the bath
  • White candles: Lighting a white candle and calling in your guide(s) will enhance the spiritual experience of the bath

Instructions for the SOL Bath

This bath can be enjoyed at any time—but it’s especially beneficial first thing in the morning or right before bed.

Collect your ingredients:

Amethyst geode

Citrine Geode

Dead Sea Salt

100% Pure Lavender Oil

WhiteWash Cloth

Prepare your bath:

  • Wet the amethyst and citrine crystals and lay them in the tub.
  • Sprinkle ten to fifteen drops of lavender oil on each crystal, and then let them stand for one minute.
  • Fill the tub about halfway—enough to cover the legs. The water should be a Hot-Warm Blend, about body temperature or slightly hotter.
  • Pour one cup Dead Sea salts into the water.

In the bath:

  • Using only the white washcloth, wash your face with the water in the tub. Do this for several minutes. It is very invigorating!
  • Wrap the amethyst in the washcloth. Use this as a scrubber, running it gently over the skin. Cover your entire body, everywhere you can reach. Do this for ten minutes—the amount of time it takes your body and skin to absorb two percent of eighty different minerals and nutrients.
  • Wrap the citrine crystal in the washcloth and spend another ten minutes running it over your body. The water may get thick and murky from the toxins released from your body.

After the bath, do not rinse your body! Towel yourself dry, then lie down and rest for a few minutes. Your body will sweat and release toxins for at least another twenty minutes.

After the SOL bath is the perfect time to do a Belly Button meditation (see page XX for more information.)

Sink Body Bath

This bath is an intense variation of the Spirit Guide Bath. Use it first thing in the morning or at night, or after you’ve just showered or bathed. This helps turn your body into a high-vibrational antennae and help enhance the telepathy between you and your guides!

For this bath you will need:

Amethyst crystal

1 Tablespoon Dead Sea Salt (coarse or fine)

100% pure lavender oil (10 to 16 drops)

White washcloth

Towel to place on the floor (if desired)

Prepare the bath:

  • Wet the amethyst and lay it in the sink.
  • Top the amethyst crystals with the lavender oil and let the crystal rest for two minutes.
  • Fill the sink with just enough water to cover the amethyst
  • Add the dead sea salt and let it dissolve

Enjoying the bath:

  • Soak your washcloth in the water, then wash your face. Rinse the washcloth in the water, then hold it to your nose. Breathe in the smell of lavender …it should be pungent!
  • Wrap the amethyst in the washcloth, then gently run it along your face, your neck. Continue washing from the neck down to your toes.
  • Let yourself drip dry. Notice that you will not dry quickly. This is a good time to brush your teeth!

Spirit Guide Elixir

The Spirit Guide Elixir is an alternative to the Sink Bath, but handier since it can be prepared well in advance. It also lets you take advantage of the water, salt, and lavender without any waste!

Collect your ingredients:

Amethyst geode

Citrine Geode

Dead Sea Salt

100% Pure Lavender Oil

WhiteWash Cloth

Glass jar

Sun

To Prepare the Elixir:

  • Place an amethyst in a glass jar
  • Add lavender drops in the amount you are guided to use
  • Let the mixture rest for a few minutes.
  • Add very hot water (use spring water or filtered water that has been heated in a saucepan – it will be higher quality than water from the tap.)
  • Add dead sea salt
  • Place the jar in the sun to activate and supercharge the ingredients.
  • Keep the elixir in the glass jar with the amethyst until you’re ready to use it.

To use the Elixir:

  • Shake the elixir in the jar to remix all the ingredients.
  • If desired, place the jar near a heater to warm the elixir.
  • Pour the desired amount into a sprayer bottle
  • Spray the elixir over your body and let yourself drip-dry.
  • When you’re finished, return any unused elixir back to the glass bottle.

SOL “Magic Touch” Baths

This bath is designed primarily for the fingertips! You can turn them into mini antennas, taking in energy, and sending and receiving information. You can also release toxins that we are exposed to each day.

What You will Need:

White bowl or basin (plastic okay)

Dead Sea salt (a handful)

Lavender oil

Amethyst Geode

Prepare your Bath:

  • Fill your white bowl with warm water (body temperature, not too hot).
  • Add the Dead Sea Salt, the amethyst and as much lavender as you are guided to include. Let the salt dissolve.

Cut your fingernails:

  • Do this right before you do the Finger Bath. If your nails are already run a nail file over them. This activates and opens the pores, which allows the two-way flow of the bath to occur. Do not skip this step!

Soak Your Hands:

  • Soak for about twenty minutes. If possible, turn on a high-definition television and listen to it while you soak.

The bath can also be used on the feet. There is less of a two-way flow, but instead, there will be a greater release of toxins.

Lavender/Salt Paste

When a SOL Bath is not enough for debilitating pain, try this technique that uses many of the same ingredients.

What You will Need:

Lavendar body lotion

Dead Sea salt (a handful)

Lavender oil

Amethyst Geode

Mixing bowl

To use the Paste:

(I’d cut and format the information below into the three categories above.)

Mix 1/2 cup of very fine grade of Dead Sea Salt in a container with a wide mouth.

Mild Pain: Put 10 drops orSevere Pain 15 drops - (has more to do with pain)

Add a small amount of Lavender organic lotion to the mixture, only enough that keeps it thick and paste like in texture.

Now place the Amethyst crystal in the mixture and this is where the healing energy vibration comes from! Twirl the crystal around in the mixture.

Remove the crystal after 5 minutes sitting in the remedy mixture.

Rub or cover the aching area of the back, thighs and even hands ...where ever the pain persists. Leave on for 20 minutes. and wife off or shower off!

**Ifthe painis in your hands ...hold the crystal in your fist with the mixture and let the energies do the work!

**If the pain is in your thighs, rub the crystal through the area affected in a circular clockwise motion softly within a semi wet washcloth...or use a smooth amethyst directly on the skin running it through the paste.

Note: do not take any medication or other chemicals to reduce pain! Thisall natural remedy is self activating and High Vibrational and quite good at reducing the intensity of the pain to the point it will go away completely. Very good for lesser burns too!
