ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching Programme

Detailed Overview for Students

The qualification aims to equip those with leadership responsibility (clinical or managerial) at any level with the skills and knowledge to effectively practice using a coaching style. In order to achieve this ILM accredited Level 3 Award in Coaching participants will be required to attend 3 days of training, complete two short assignments and show evidence of 6 hours of workplace coaching.

Coaching Models and Techniques / ·The GROW model.

Session 3:
Coaching Practical / Co-supervised Coaching Practice and Debrief

Using Different Coaching Approachesto maximise professional
