UNIFORM SWAP & USED UNIFORM SALE

Dear Families of the St. Paul’s Community:

At the Catholic School Council meeting on April 4, 2016, St. Paul’s Catholic School Council discussed the possibility of offering a Uniform Swap day and Used Uniform Sale day. Now that it is known that School Consolidation willnotbe taking place, we would like to move forward in this planning. Our children have likely outgrown many items from their uniform. If we follow the rule to “reuse – reduce – recycle” then this initiative will definitely help all our families. The details are as follows:

DROP OFF
Date/Time: Friday, June 24, 2016 between 2:30pm to 4:30pm
●Only McCarthy items (with tags) will be accepted.
●All items must be clean, no stains, no tears, no holes and in good-condition.
●Acceptance of items will be at the discretion of the parent volunteers.
●No socks or tights will be accepted.
●A parent/guardian will be required to drop off all items.
●If you are not available to drop off your items on June 24th – we encourage you to make arrangements with another parent/guardian to assist you.
●You will receive 1 (one) Clothing Ticket for every item that is dropped off.
●Clothing Ticket(s) can be used towards selecting items from the Uniform Swap. (one ticket = one item).
●If you do not select any items, you can keep the Clothing Tickets for future use, as the ticket(s) will have no expiry date.
●No cash value for the tickets.
UNIFORM SWAP
Date/Time: Monday, June 27, 2016 between 2:30pm to 7:00pm
●Uniform Swap will only be open to Clothing Ticket holders.
●Uniform items will be sorted by clothing type and size.
●Change rooms will be available for students to try on clothing.
●One ticket = one item.
●No items will be sold on the day of the Uniform Swap.
USED UNIFORM SALE
Date/Time: Tuesday, June 28, 2016 between 2:30pm to 7:00pm
●Used Uniform Sale will be open to St. Paul school community (Clothing Ticket and non-ticket holders)
●Uniform items will be sorted by clothing type and size.
●Change rooms will be available for students to try on clothing.
●Payment: Clothing Ticket(s) or CASH only.
●Prices for items:
●$5.00 for all golf shirts (short-sleeve and long-sleeve)
●$10.00 for all pants, shorts, and skorts
●$15.00 for sweat tops (¼ zip and ½ zip) and tunics
