-Chair reports that GES sub-category change forms listed below were approved by UCC.
Of the six others that UCC wanted revisions, three have been done and sent back to UCC, two are in revision stages and one is still pending feedback from coordinating cluster.

8.5Report from Working Groups
-Knowledge/Skills/Goals group reported on their continued work on of aligning GE goals with LEAP goals. Grant has been submitted. Working group and with some discussion of committee resulted in not including students in GE survey that will go to anyone who has taught GE courses in the past five years. Some discussion on whether to include student services personnel. Will leave it at members who have taught GE courses. May look at surveying alumni after results from current survey are reported and analyzed by interested faculty at summer retreat.
8.6Report from General Education Director
-GE Director discussed LEAP grant. Submitted to PEW FTLC. Will probably not know anything until March 1st timeframe.
-GE Director currently teaching course assessment plans (CAP) on a one-to-one basis that is working well. Still waiting on some CAPs from faculty.
-Some discussion about movement of courses in theme #7. Will see what develops.
-GE Director working on course assessment report and is almost complete. Any suggested changes should be forwarded to Griff.
