BRIEF FACTS
On 2/3/2014 while SI Manoj alongwith HC Om Prakash No232/W Ct. Mukesh No3264/W and Ct. Hariman No. 1900/W were on evening patrolling. At about 7.40 PM SI Observed that 8 Persons are gambling in the Tanki wala park Hari Nagar. On seeing police party all of them scattered away the playing cards and stake money on ground but the alert police staff managed to apprehend all the eight persons. The total stake amount Rs.21,255/- and Playing cards were recovered from them. All the accused persons have been arrested vide case FIR No. 227/14 U/s 12/9/55 Gambling Act PS Hari Nagar.

SENSATIONAL SERVANT THEFT SOLVED
Special Staff of West District solved a servant theft with the arrest of Ramvishun Yadav@ Rajesh in case FIR No. 288/13 Dated: 27/08/2013 U/S 381/411 IPC, P.S. Nangloi, Delhi and recovered Rs 3.5 Lacs.

RECOVERY :
1. Cash Rs 3.25 Lacs.

INFORMATION/OPERATION:
On 27/08/2013 Sh Girish Aggrawal R/o A-3, Cement wali gali, near Ganpati Dharamkanta, Nangloi Delhi, reported that his office peon Sh Ramvishun Yadav@ Rajesh who was working in his office for the last three years had stolen Rs 5,50000/- from his office almirah. On this a case vide FIR No. 288/13 Dated: 27/08/2013 U/S 381 IPC, was registered at P.S. Nangloi, Delhi. The investigation was transferred to Spl. Staff, West Distt. On this a teamunder the supervision of ACP/Operation Cell and Inspr. Karuna Sagar, consisting of SI Manoj Kumar, SI Charan Singh, ASI Ishwar Singh, HC Kirori Mal, HC Shashi Kant, HC Laxman, Ct Maninder and Ct Vinod, was constituted. During investigation several raids were conducted at the probable hide outs of accused Ramvishun Yadav@ Rajesh as well as his native village which is in Siltan Pur, UP but he was absconding deliberately for evading his arrest. On this he was declared PO by the court of law on 24.02.2014.
On 26/02/2014 a team of Special Staff of West District has arrested the accused namely Ramvishun Yadav@ Rajesh S/o Sh. Chottai and his seven days PC Remand was obtained. In the sustained interrogation the accused disclosed that he kept Rs 2.55 Lacs at his native village and some in Delhi at the house of his known person from the stolen amount. At his instance Rs 2.55 Lacs was recovered from the cavity in the wall from the shed of Cows in village. Insurance policy of Rs 25 thousand which he purchased from “FUTURE GENERALI INDIA”. Rs 70,000/- was also recovered from the travelling bag of accused which was laid at Kaithwadi, Delhi. In total Rs. 3.5 lacs out of Rs 5.5 lacs after a lapse of long period was recovered and remaining he spent while he was absconding.

NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL ARRESTED
WITH COUNTRY MADE PISTOL.
The staff of police station Mundka, West District has done good work by arresting a notorious criminal namely Nakul resident of Ghummanhera, Delhi and a country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from his possession.

RECOVERY MADE :-
1. One country made pistol.
2. Two live cartridges (7.65 mm).
INCIDENT,TEAM AND ARREST
On 02.03.14 a PCR call was received that 3/4 persons are staying in suspicious condition in a house in village Bakkarwala and they were having Arms with them. A team under the leadership of Inspr. Prem Chandra, SHO/Mundka comprising ASI Phool Kr, Ct Krishan Dutt No. 83/W was constituted and raid was conducted at the village Bakkarwala. The team found five persons in the house. They were interrogated but they could not give satisfactory replies for their presence in the house. Search of all the persons was conducted. From the search of accused Nakul one country made pistol with two live cartridges was recovered. A case vide FIR No. 100/14 dated 02.03.14 u/s 25 Arms Act was registered in Police Station Mundka and accused was arrested.
INTERROGATION
On sustained interrogation, the accused Nakul disclosed that he has studied upto 8thstandard from Government School. Thereafter, he started doing odd jobs. He came in company of a notorious criminal namely Navin R/o VPO Mitrao, Delhi, a history sheeter of PS Baba Haridas Nagar. In 2012 he along with Naveen and 04 other associates fired at one Krishan Kumar R/o VPO Mitrao, Delhi in which he was apprehended and sent to Observation Home. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 241/12 u/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi. He further disclosed that he has procured the weapon 3 months back from Bullandshehar, U.P. where he was working as a driver in a Rice Mill. After working for 3-4 months, he left the job and came back to Delhi.

NOTORIOUS SNATCHER ARRESTED
The staff of Police Station Rajouri Garden, West District has arrested a notorious snatcher namely Dharminder @ Dandi @ Dhram Singh @ Sunil S/o Arjun Singh R/o WZ-79 Tihar Village New Delhi age about 20 years with the help of public persons.

1.Dharminder @ Dandi @ Dhram Singh @ Sunil S/o Arjun Singh R/o WZ-79 Tihar Village New Delhi age about 20 years. He studied upto 11thstandard and drop out of school and started learning driving. He came in contact of other notorious persons of Tihar Village and started drinking. He started snatching to fulfill his day today requirements.

INCIDENT AND TEAM INTERROGATION
On 02-03-2014 a PCR Call was received at PP MIG Flats of Police Station Rajouri Garden that 2 snatchers have been apprehended. Immediately a team was constituted comprising SI Rampal I/C PP MIG Flats, ASI Mangal Ram and Ct. Charan Jeet under the supervision of SHO/Rajouri Garden and overall supervision of ACP/Rajouri Garden. The team immediately rushed to the spot. Before police team reached at the spot, both accused managed to escape from the clutches of public persons. But due to team sincere efforts and with the help of public persons one accused namely Dharminder @ Dandi @ Dhram Singh @ Sunil S/o Arjun Singh R/o WZ-79 Tihar Village New Delhi has been arrested and a case FIR No. 250/14 u/s 356/379/511/34 IPC has been registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden in this regard on the complaint.
INTERROGATION AND CONFESSION
On sustained interrogation, Dharminder @ Dandi @ DhAram Singh @ Sunil confessed that on 02-03-2014 he alongwith his associate came in Subhash Nagar and tried to snatch mobile phone of a lady but could not succeed. A case vide FIR No. 250/14 u/s 356/379/511/34 IPC has been registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden and investigation is taken up to arrest the remaining accused.

A Baby Girl aged 2 year rescued by staff of PS Sonia Vihar
from Brij Ghat UP.
1.INCIDENT :-
A Girl aged 2 years was playing outside of her house D-451 3RDPusta Sonia Vihar Delhi on 01/03/2014 at about 8.00 AM. After some time her mother Neetu Upadahaya could not find her there and she reported the matter to the Police on the same day evening. Case FIR No. 75/14 u/s 363 IPC dt. 01/03/2014 PS Sonia Vihar was registered immediately and numerous special teams were constituted.
2.TEAMS :-
Thorough investigation was done by various teams under the supervision of ACP/Khajuri Khas Sh. Raj Kumar to search the child in the neighborhood areas.Door to door as well as Yamuna khaddar and Border areas of UP were searched.Separate teams were engaged in technical work as well as public announcement on rickshaw through RWA and religious places.The technical team of North East Distt. also pitched to develop clues.
Painstaking search revealed that one Raju & Totla living as tenant in same complex was missing.
A Police team headed by Insp. Rajesh Vijay No. D-3423 SHO/K. Khas, SI Yogesh No. D-4591,Ct. Ramesh No.1270/NE,Ct. Amit, Baliyan No.1686/NE and Ct. Ganga Ram No.963/NE was constituted. HC Rishi 12/NE helped technically to trace the kidnapped girl. He lead the raid at the native place of Totla at Buland Shaher and on further clues raided early morning at BrijGhat Hapur UP from where the Kidnapped Girl was recovered and one co-kidnapper Geeta was caught with the child from the house of Santosh’s friend Totla.
The girl was kidnapped by her neighbor namely Raju @ Totla who used to stay in a room adjoining to her house on the night of 28/02/2014 and01/03/2014.He was also missing since then. He took her to BrijGhat with his associates namely Geeta and stayed in the house of one Santosh at BrijGhat UP.Santosh and Geeta have been arrested but accused Raju@Totala escaped.
MOTIVE
Co-accused Geeta disclosed the motive of kidnapping was a revenge of a minor quarrel of victim’s Mother with Raju @Totla.
