We work with the organisations listed below who contact us when their clients are in need of assistance. A client should be able to pick up a parcel form one of our centres within 48 hours of referral, or have one delivered to you by the referring agency within a few days. We can arrange for home deliveries in limited circumstances.
We do not accept self-referrals.
Partner organisations will be expected to be in a position to have a hoslitic view of a client’s financial and social situation in order to make a clear decision on whether food aid is appropriate. Only 4 weeks of assistance will be provided. Longer term assistance can be agreed in limited circumstances.
