Time Reporting for All Managers and Supervisors
Quick Reference Guide
Approving Reported Time
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >>
Process T&L Reporters.
2. At the Process Time and Labor Reporters page, select the Approve Time button to
verify the time reported for each employee.
3. At the Approve Time page, click the Select All link to place a checkmark in the Hours
Reported box.
4. Click the Approve Time Button.
5. Click OK.
6. Click the Return to Select Employee Job link.
7. If you have multiple employees, repeat steps 2 – 6 for each employee.
Modifying Reported Absence/Exception Time
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >>
Process T&L Reporters.
2. At the Process Time and Labor Reporters page, click the Report Time button.
3. Select the appropriate Week Beginning date in the current reporting period.
4. If necessary, add a new line for each reporting code.
5. Make the appropriate changes, then click the Submit Time button.
Deleting Reported Absence/Exception Time
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >>
Process T&L Reporters.
2. At the Process Time and Labor Reporters page, click the Report Time button.
3. Select the appropriate Week Beginning date in the current reporting period.
4. Click the Delete Line button.
5. Click the Submit Time button.
6. Click OK.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 to cancel multiple lines.
Modifying Reported Punch Time
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >>
Process T&L Reporters.
2. At the Process Time and Labor Reporters page, click the Punch Admin button.
3. At the Punch Admin page, click the Add Line button.
4. At the new row, enter the appropriate date, time, and punch type.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each punch.
6. After entering the appropriate punches, click the Submit Time button.
7. Click OK.
Deleting Reported Punch Time
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >>
Process T&L Reporters.
2. At the Process Time and Labor Reporters page, click the Punch Admin button.
3. At the Punch Admin page, select the appropriate row, then click the Delete Line button.
4. If multiple lines should be cancelled, repeat step 3.
5. Click the Submit Time button.
6. Click OK.
Managing to Grant Access to a Designate
1. From the Menu, select the path Manager Self Service >> Time Management >> Grant
Access to T&L Reporters.
2. Click the Select All button or place a checkmark next to the appropriate employee(s).
3. In the To field, enter the EmplID of the designated employee, then press Tab.
4. Enter the appropriate end date in the Thru field. If access will be granted indefinitely,
leave the Thru field blank.
5. Click the Submit Time button.
