Literature Display Table Application

About the Literature Display Table Program

For organizations that cannot exhibit at the conference, space on a literature display table can be rented for distribution of company materials. The Literature Display Table fee is $600 for each type of brochure, leaflet, booklet or other individual item that is displayed.

All materials must be approved in advance by APNA. To receive approval to display your material, please send two

copies of each item you wish to display with your completed application.

Materials may be no larger than 8 ½” x 11”.

A sample of literature must be emailed to for approval. If a sample is not received, the material(s) will not be included in the Literature Display Table Program. Purchasing company is responsible to print and ship the material(s). Cancellations received prior to September 2, 2016 will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 2, 2016.

Fee: $600.00 per piece of literature
