The Position
Title / Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
Location / This position will be based in Amazing Grass’ offices in Newport Beach, CA
Reporting Relationships / The Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager
Job Description
Hands-on position will be responsible for daily inventory management activities:
Inventory Management
- Process orders as needed
- Manage kiosk or pop up promotions with sales team
- Maintain inventory at distribution centers.
- Perform inventory movement between DC’s.
- Assist in scheduling shipments from production facilities to distribution centers.
- Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures.
- Communicate availability of damaged or short dated product to sales reps for demo use.
- Report out of stocks to operationsmanager.
- Provide inventory report to customers or sales reps as requested.
- Conduct daily update of production file.
- Assist in auditing warehouse invoices.
- Work with marketing and sales on any inventory availability for upcoming promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- Maintain packaging inventory at production facilities.
- Work with marketing to verify latest packaging materials are approved and ready to print.
- Develop and maintain relationships with representatives of the material suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders as instructed.
- Follow up with vendors on status of PO’s and provide ETA’s to production facilities.
- Assist in developing new strategies to optimize pricing and purchasing efficiencies.
Netsuite experience strongly preferred. Must be skilled in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications
& Experience / The successful candidate for Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinatorshould have relevant or similar experience in the following areas:
- Organizational and Communication Skills. Be able manage production file and clearly communicate to operationsmanager of any projected out of stocks.
- Attention to Detail and Proactive. Attention to detail when creating purchase orders or scheduling movement of products. Self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
- Team Orientation. Strong team orientation with ability to work outside of assigned duties.
- Additional Career Progression.The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to continue to assume greater responsibility once they have mastered the initial responsibility and delivered excellent results.

- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of position with our without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time within a typical office environment.
