____ Determine numbers of tent and RV sites available, size of tent sites and develop layout and assignment system, and pricing
During the conference
____ Staff the Camping Registration tent during the day

____ Coordinate timely load-in and removal of exhibitor materials at designated times.

____ Serve as “in cafeteria” liaison between conference committee and food service provider
____ Assist with directing diners to cafeteria and people flow, and distribute box lunches

____ Help with traffic flow during Friday and Saturday registration
