1.The BEG & Centre Kirkee has planned to conduct recruitment rally in the first week of May 08 at Bhagat Pavilion Ground, Kirkee Pune-03 as per details given below: -

2.Candidates are requested to bring the following documents for recruitment:-
(a)All education certificates in original.
(b)Domicile/Nativity/Residential certificate, clearly mentioned indls permanent address not birth address duly signed by Tehsildar/SDM/RMO.
(c)Caste certificate for all candidates duly signed by Tehsildar/SDM/RMO.
(d)Dependent certificate alongwith date of birth of the candidate from concerned Record office.
(e)Affidavit for unmarried candidates who are below 21 years of age.
(f)Affidavit, for Dependent candidates who will enroll as a Sol (GD), Sol (Tech) & Sol (Tdn) on the basis of Dependent certificate, stating that no son/brother of the candidate was enrolled earlier on the basis of dependent cert. At the present policy, only one Son/brother of Serviceman/Ex-Serviceman can enroll on the basis of dependent certificate.
(g) Character certificate within six months old, duly signed by Gram Sarpanch/ Pradhan, School Principal/Headmaster or Police Station.
(h)Full details of family members alongwith joint photographs of whole family including date of birth (document proof of younger brothers date of birth) duly signed by Gram Pradhan/Sarpanch.
(i)Six copies of single passport size coloured photographs and joint photographs with wife if married.
5.Age Criteria.
(a)Soldier (GD)-17 ½ to 21 years
(b)Soldier Tech & Sol Tdn-17 ½ to 23 years
6.Education Qualification.
(a)Sol (GD)-Class 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and min
32%marks in each subject at 10th level, except (Sikh M&R) caste. Candidates having higher qualification need not have this stipulated % of marks at class 10th.
(b)Sol Tech-12th/Intermediate exam pass in Science with Physics,
Chemistry, Maths and English.
(c)Sol Tdn-8th class pass, candidates who are 9th pass or 10th fail
the production of 8th class pass certificate is mandatory. 8th class certificate alongwith transfer certificate will be accepted with the signature and office stamps of the Principal of the School and countersigned by the District Educational Officer.

8.Relaxation.

Note. / An eligible candidate can be granted prescribed relaxations in all three measurements i.e height, chest and weight.
Note.
1.You are advised in your own interest to get yourself medically examined before coming for selection in respect of flat foot, vision and minor aliments. You are also advised to have the wax from your ears cleaned before hand.
2.Candidates below 21 years should not be married.
3.Candidates without above mentioned certificates will be rejected from the rally. Certificate of provisional nature will not be entertained. Enrolment is purely merit based depending on the vacancies available. The authorities conducting the rally will not be responsible for any accidents/injuries to the candidates during the recruitment rally. Malpractices and attempted enrolment by producing fake certificates during the recruitment rally will call for disciplinary action against the defaulter by the Police.
