a.  Loan for the works to the Avenue – to note receipt of payment and arrangements

b.  Works to the Avenue – to note the completion of the works

c.  Highways matters – to discuss current issues

5.  Financial matters –

a.  To approve the receipts and payments since the last meeting (see below)

b.  To receive and note the year end statement prior to auditing (see attached)

c.  Membership of YLCA – invoice received for £128 – to note and approve membership renewal

d.  Transparency funding in 2017/18 – to note funds are available and agree that an application for funding can be made

e.  To note hours of work undertaken by the Clerk since the last meeting (see below)

6.  Sandbags – to note replacement bags have been delivered

7.  Playing Field Committee –

a.  To receive draft minutes of meeting held on 5 April (copy attached)

8.  Date and Time of Annual PC meeting – to agree date for this meeting
