· Bug 19728286 - PLAN CHANGE AFTER TERM START DATE RESULT IN NSC ERROR AND REQUEST FOR CORRECTION-The Consolidated Statistics process has been modified to ignore plan changes that occur after the term(reporting period) begin date for the reporting period. This change has been made in response to an NSC requirement that a Program begin date cannot be greater than the start date of the term/reporting period (NSC Error 1561).
· Bug 19722123 - CONSOLIDATED STATS NSC REPORTING INCORRECTLY INCLUDES STUDENTS WITH ZERO UNITS-Consolidated Academic Load is now reported for all (NSC) programs in a reporting period. For example if a dual career student is term activated in careers A and B but not enrolled under B, the consolidated academic load (for career A in this case) will be reported for both NSC programs.
· Bug 19730282 - CONSOLIDATED STATISTICS REPORTING INCORRECT SSR_NSC_PRG1_ENRDT.-The process has been modified to report program level status dates based on the consolidated academic load. Program level enrollment status dates will be reported to reflect any change (increase or decrease) in academic load.
· Bug 19946135 NSC REPORT MISSING DATE WHEN STATUS DROPS FULL TIME TO 3/4 TIME-A consolidated (campus) and program level enrollment status change date will now be reported when a student’s academic load changes from Full to Three-Quarter time.

Appendix A: Documentation Updates
Documents listed below have been identified and scheduled for an update to support changes in this maintenance pack. Please note, only changes that impact the campuses’ ability to apply this maintenance pack and/or implement new functionality are updated with maintenance pack releases. Minor changes to documents are made according to the normal application upgrade cycle.
While every effort is made to release the new documents on the same day of the maintenance pack release, this is not always possible. In cases where the updates are pending, CMS will deactivate the link for the older version of the document on the CMS website to avoid downloading the improper version. The link will then be re-activated on the CMS website when the new update is posted.
