The opportunity to complete various parts of badges is always a possibility at camp.
Cubs willreceive a camp badge.
General Information

2.No tentage can be put up before THURSDAY 21st September unless the campsite has been contacted.
3.Packs attending are required to provide 1 activity/base along the theme of the camp. These will usually run for the Saturday (this can change due to booking of other activities but packs attending will be advised of timings nearer the time).
4.All Packs must ensure that they have enough “wet weather” entertainment for their Cubs. i.e. box of games, paper, pens etc. should the sun not shine all weekend.
5.No Cubs are to cook during the weekend. They are usually so excited, tired etc that this is just when accidents may happen. Please keep them well away. If using an open fire to cook by it must be roped off so that there is no possibility of any Cub getting near it unsupervised. Remember only altar fires are allowed.
6.Make sure you have an adequate first aid kit for all eventualities. Include a spare sleeping bag & pyjamas for emergencies.
7.Try to stagger arrivals both on Friday and Sunday, as it is always busy on the track. Please advise your parents that No vehicles will be allowed to go on to the field to drop off Cubs they will have to park by Dean Lodge & walk, there are too many children to have cars everywhere.Leaders who need to unload kit will be allowed onto the site but are advised to drive with caution.
8.Leaders will need to park their cars in the specified area once they have unloaded. 1 vehicle per pack can stay on your site but this MUST NOT move during the weekend.
9.Finally please do not let your Cubs annoy other Packs before 6.00a.m. by playing football ect.
