a) Verification will be conducted same as the previous seasons however you are requested to submit ALL DOCUMENTS to the central point for DAFF Officials to do verification unlike for the past season were we usual visit every production unit or pack houses.
b) Failing to submit your documents within specified time per area you will have to submit your documents to our office in Durban office at the end of verification period so please make sure you submit.
c) Pack houses/ Exporters/ Agents kindly share above information with all your growers so that they are aware of developments for them to prepare 100% documents for submission to our officials
d) Each grower will be contacted for further clarity .

d) All Packhouses/Growers from (Dunbrody) Unifrutti Packhouse back to Kirkwood their PUCs will be verified from PPECB Office in Kirkwood.
e) All Packhouses/Growers from (Sunland) SAFE Packhouse to Addo their PUCs will be verified from SRCC Addo Cold Store (PPECB Office)
f) All packhouses/growers between Patensie and Hankey will be verified from PPECB Office in Patensie.
g) All Packhouses/Growers around Fort Beaufort area will be verified from Katco Packhouse
