MONEY
Estimated trip cost - $2,500 (may fluctuate with cost of airfare & safari/R&R decisions)
(what’s included: airfare, visa application, ground transportation, hotel, meals, safari or R&R activity decided upon-what is not included: immunizations [about $200-400] and passport, if not already secured)
Upon Registration (on church website not Elevate application) - $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT – no questions, no refunds.
January 31 – First payment due (minimum payment $750 per person)
February 28 – Second payment Due (minimum $500 per person)
March 30 – Final payment due (could be around $1,000-$1,200 per person depending on prior payments)
*All payments are made out to the church and are considered charitable giving, and therefore qualify for tax deduction benefits
