Position Title: Clinical Site Manager
Position Summary: The Clinical Site Manager is responsible for the implementation and coordination of clinical services provided at the agency site. The Clinical Site Manager will address the following administrative functions for the site: daily site clinical operations oversight, documentation requirement monitoring and adherence, productivity, adherence to agency policies and procedures, clinical outcomes gathering/tracking, compliance with all regulations and standards for accrediting and funding sources and the direct clinical and administrative supervision of clinical staff and student interns. Requires evening and/or weekend hours.
On-call responsibilities required during site operating hours.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
License: LISW –S or LPCC – S required.
Experience: At least five years of experience, including: direct clinical services, crisis intervention, supervision, administration, and team organization and leadership.
Skills:
· Ability to provide and supervise behavioral health services, strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
· A strong commitment to service coordination and working in a team environment.
· Knowledge of the skills, treatment interventions and evidenced-based practices that are most effective for the population primarily served at the site.
Performance Requirements:
· Coordinate the daily operations of behavioral health care services provided at the site,
· Supervise and evaluate staff’s clinical, programmatic work and administrative practices.
· Work with the QA and Peer Review committees and the supervisory team to ensure that the outpatient programs are compliant with all regulations, standards and policies of funding and accrediting bodies.
· Provide input on new programs and service partnerships that lead to enhanced service delivery models of care.
· Ensure that staffing levels within the site are at the appropriate levels at all times meeting overall agency goals.
· Recruit, train, supervise and retain qualified professional staff.
· Monitor caseloads and staff efficiency and determine caseload expectations accordingly.
· Lead group supervision and coordinate clinical staffings at the site.
· Provide direct clinical services for caseload negotiated with the Site Clinical Director.
· Coordinate and/or participate in agency committees as appropriate.
