Description

Will planning and preparation can be overwhelming if you don't take it step by step. Our presenters make it easier to understand the process by going through each stage, including initial preparation, taking instructions, drafting and executing documents, reporting to the client, and handling issues that arise. Also, they discuss the latest developments in this area and give you helpful hints on managing your wills and estates practice.

· Understand the methods used to substantiate capacity and defeat claims of undue influence

· Learn how to use trusts effectively to protect your clients' interests

· Discover how to draft a will to guard against a challenge at a later date
