Your Presentation must:
· Include information about your ecosystem in a trifold Tourism style pamphlet. Both sides of your paper should be covered with info and pictures supporting the concepts below:
1. Location of this ecosystem in Wisconsin. Include a Map showing area
2. Geology and Past glacial influences of the area in which your ecosystem exists.
3. Climate conditions (rainfall, snowfall, temperature ranges, growing seasons)
4. Typical vegetation, animals (mammals, birds, reptile, amphibians, fish, invertebrates) - include any endangered or threatened species that make this ecosystem their home.
5. History of human impacts/use on the ecosystem include pre-settlement (Native American use or value of area, when and how it was settled, and today).
6. Status of the ecosystem in Wisconsin today (how much is left, where is it located)
7. Park, refuge or reserve that has your ecosystem that could be visited in Wisconsin. These could be County, State or Federal Lands
8. Any extra interesting facts.
9. An ecological Quote that inspires you to go see this area…original or borrowed.
